Shipping policy

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order, not per item. This means you pay a single delivery fee per order – even if your items are shipped in separate parcels (for example, when combining pre-order and in-stock items). We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland and Europe.

Switzerland:

  • Free shipping on orders of CHF 180.– or more

  • CHF 9.– per order (for orders below CHF 180.–)

 

European Union:

  • Free shipping on orders of 195 EUR or more

  • 7.50 EUR per order (for orders below 195 EUR)

This flat fee applies regardless of whether your order includes pre-order items, in-stock items, or a combination of both.

Delivery Times

Pre-Order Items

Items offered as pre-orders are produced after your order is placed. The estimated delivery timeframe is always indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. 

Production may take several weeks, depending on the product and the moment you place your order. We believe this waiting time allows us to produce responsibly, in small batches, and with the highest level of care.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–3 business days within Switzerland

  • 5–10 business days within Europe

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Additional Information

For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
